This is fine for most users, but when half the files I'm working on are scripts and I have to cd into subdirectories to run them all the time, it's not worth it. Unfortunately, it moves your files into subfolders to track the groups, rather than using its own internal database to do so. It does get messy, and when I'm juggling 3 or 4 projects at once for work, groups seemed like an ideal solution: one group per project and everything's easier to see.
